The city center, the dome is embelished with real gold, our tour guide highly suggested not to go climb it and steal the gold, he claimed that they had a very good security system....no really?
There was a field trip that was there at the city center having lunch and playing on the playground, the kids were entertaining everyone by dancing , singing, and clapping, it was fun to watch.

San Francisco can get pretty chilly sometimes, and Pat wanted a hat to keep her warm, Logan and I suggested this one, she ended up getting a more traditional ski hat, I can't imagine why.

Taking the F stop to catch the Ferry to go to Alcatraz, Logan and I were the only ones who wanted to go, which was nice.

Everything on Alcatraz island was either rusted or covered in moss, and home to all kinds of birds.

Alcatraz wasn't olny a prison, it was actually a fort before there were every any prisoners on the island, this cannon is a reminder of that time.

This guy's art was pretty interesting. he made short movies by producing a lot of these drawings and changing them every so slightly every time and then scanning then and playing them almost as if there were a flipbook, creating the story line.
Kind of an eerie one...
He created a mural out of the pages of a book, and on this page he included the artwork on the page to go along with his story, tying the whole thing together.
The heart of San Francisco, in Union Square
San Francisco was a lot of fun, the only mishap we had was a group of girls from our school decided they would play a prank of everyone and light a smoke bomb off in the hall of our hotel at eleven o'clock at night, well it smoked alot more than they thought it would and it ended up setting off the fire alarm. The whole building was evacuated, everyone was pissed. The girls ended up being sent home. But other than that it was a pretty smooth trip considering there were 42 teenagers on it. haha
